Your Role:

• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a focus on delivering excellent support.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
